I got out of that project after about the 10th loss of power/hardware louse-up. I want to crunch for projects that are solid. I'll get back in when it's fixed, at least on the NCI part... it's free credit...

It's also concerning when your project admin doesn't speak good English. Call me prejudiced, but this world runs on English, and if you're getting into an English research environment, it's a pretty good idea to be at least competent in our tongue. If I wanted to work for Gerasim, I'd have a passing knowledge of Russian; same with ODLK. If you can't say what you're thinking, I can't help you as well with any issue...

That's unfair to Goofyx. He may not write grammatically correct English, he does get his meaning across and there seems nothing wrong with his understanding either.

The project has been m.I.a. for a month now. Have doubts it will be resurrected from the dead. Being Ash Wednesday today, I will wait until after Easter Sunday to declare it officially dead.

What's really concerning is those anglocentric monoligualists, who think the world runs on English. I always think of a quote from a Billy Bragg song if I hear those arrogant know-nothings: What do they know of England who only England know? The Few on YouTube

Goofyx more than had his share of hardware fuck-ups over the last months...

That was VERY hard time for me and my health. After last disaster with my ups I lost more disk connected to the goofyxGrid boinc server <- when project goes down again i have health breakdown and have to lie down in the hospital since end of January. I have not been able to do anything for most of that time.
In next 2-3 days i will go out from hospital and I will try to check how bad it is with my beloved monkeys.

I hope that my bad karma will change and give me a chance to rebuild both my attitude, my projects and my poor image at the moment
