It looks like Cosmology still can't decide which URL to use. This just popped up again under messaeg tab. (Time is MST -- UTC-7:00)

3/7/2008 01:48:31|Cosmology@Home|You used the wrong URL for this project
3/7/2008 01:48:31|Cosmology@Home|The correct URL is http://www.cosmologyathome.org/

I thought they settled on http://cosmologyathome.org/ and that has been just fine until now.
The project home page now says to sign up using http://www.cosmologyathome.org/.
Does BAM need to be corrected (re-corrected)?

No, it's a bug at Cosmology, in the server. So just ignore it for now, until they've fixed it.
See this thread on their forums for more information.

Thanks, Jord. That project keeps me guessing.

The server there has been on it's knees, about ready to self destruct for months.

The latest "announcement" by the college kid sys-admin promises some unidentified work next month, and he followed that up with a post stating that it will be weeks before he can even look at the current problems.

Projects like that should never go public, if they don't have skilled resources available to maintain the servers on a daily basis. It's not fair to the the project, the science (if they are doing any for real), and to the users trying to dedicate resources.

This one is a total joke. If he can't fix it promptly, it should be shut down until it can be fixed.
