My boinc client cannot report my SETI@Home results for 2 days, and there are 3 finished SETI@Home works
in the boinc client work list.

Is anyone have the same problem?
How to solve it?

Yes. S@H had a network outage for 3 days, and is now suffering through post outage congestion.

In other words, just be patient.

In the future, if you suspect problems, check the front page of the project in question. They usually will list outages there.
