The Front page at Sztaki Desktop Grid reads:

During the hardware failiure the user email addresses and the account keys of SZTAKI Desktop Grid has been lost. We kindly ask our users to recreate their accounts. In 1 day after the re-registration each user will have his/her credit information restored! Thank you for your patience and appreciation!

This means that you will need to detach. Re-Register to get a new account number, then re-attach using the new account number. You will be awarded your previous earned credits after a day or so has elapsed.

The crash at Sztaki DG was a massive failure of the hard disk drive which was in their server. To protect against this happening in the future they have replaced the internal hard disk drive with a RAID. This should hopefully prevent future incidents like this one.

Willy (the BoincStats Administrator) played an important role in getting the previous credits to be made available to you. We should ALL give him a "Well Done".

Still I think I lost some 11 finished WU orsow, after I uploaded the SZTAKI-server died within the hr ... and my credit was not raised since I uploaded.
BTW, never heard of SUCH major harddisk failure before :shock: I was amazed it still could happen.
