My primary host, called Helion has a strange issue. It has two records under hosts with the following fields:

BAMID | Hostname | Version | Last contact | Work left | Last day | Last week | Last month
719141 | Helion | 7.8.2 | 2017-09-24 / 17:43:29 | 53:52:28 | 595,384 | 4,489,710 | 14,019,862
731154 | Helion | 7.12.1 | 2018-09-30 / 10:25:37 | 117:28:09 | 0 | 0 | 0

According to these stats, my client contacts the account manager with ID 731154 but reports the jobs with ID 719141. How could I solve it and merge the two host records?

Ty, for any advice!

I have the same problem. About a month ago I had to totally reinstall my Thinkpad X240 when changing SSD.
The "new" X240, BAM id 788121, is working and doing the reporting, but the "old" X240, BAM id 713272 gets the credits. I don't know how to fix this.

Hello,

I have a similar issue. I have 2 hosts for one machine.

funny thing is the one host noted as active has 0 results in the past month so it should not appear

768085 ghostbrain 7.6.31 2018-10-26 / 17:04:37 65:16:23 x 1,758 18,525 84,425
769377 ghostbrain 7.9.3 2019-03-05 / 17:44:23 166:09:00 0 0 0

is there anything I can do to fix that?

should i delete one of the hosts?
