BAM! ID 202077 I hope I have not violated too many of the 15 criteria for posting here. Issue 1: The BAM report for host reporting is downloading host data under the old BOINC software versions; unfortunately I have not been able to copy and past the chart, Examples: Host name Datasearch, BAM host number 923029, version 7.16.11. Same PC updated to version 7.20.2 and was given new host number 1202685. All production credit is given to OLD host number, and none to new host number. Same applies to host name XPS8930-Projects-GAR7M2P BAM ID 1157544, when running version 7.16.11. When software updated to 10.20.2, on 10-2-2022 host was given new BAM ID of 120829. It also is reporting production under old ID and nothing under new ID, interestingly, both are showing current date under new ID (blue text), but posting production under old ID (red text).

I tried to resolve this by clicking NO MANAGER on all BOINC hosts (I am running all ONLY on Milkyway.) but the system still reports BAM reports. That leads to question 2. Do I have to go to BAM and cancel or delete BAM to stop the BAM reporting? I would rather leave BAM account open for future use instead of deleting BAM all together in case I decided to run multiple projects in the future. Or do I have to go to some other place in BAM to stop the management? At this point I guess I did something wrong, but am concerned that I am not getting all my credits. (Note: ALL hosts are running nothing now because I am reconfiguring and re-wiring and are showing only remaining Milkyway processing.)

Boinstats is a stats site, it shows you data collected for the projects you are crunching for. Maybe you need to merge some identical hosts on Milkyway. Check https://milkyway.cs.rpi.edu/milkyway/hosts_user.php?sort=rpc_time&rev=0&show_all=1&userid=155985, you should see an option to merge hosts after logging in with your account.

TeeVeeEss, Thank you for taking you time to suggest a solution. I did as you suggested, but no change in the report. I still have no clue as to why, when I updated some hosts from Boinc V 7.16.11 to 7.20.2 it assigned the same host a new new number, yet reports work done under the old host number and old Boinc version and reports no work done under the new host number and new Boinc version. Not a complaint...it is freeware, and I sure don't have the skill set to write code...smile... I does make me wonder if all work is being reported. I will give it a couple more days following my attempt to merge in MilkyWay, and if no change I guess I will just drop my BAM account. I sure hope such action will not cause the loss of any work credits which some people have stated will happen.
