BAM has duplicated one of my hosts. So now what happens is the project attaching detaching is controlled on the "new host" but all of the credit crunched goes to the "old host". The projects don't have any duplicate hosts. This is all the same host.

This is the correct original host BAM host ID 166024, this is the host that gets the project credit. The duplicate ID is 279100 this host id will attach and detach from projects but never get any project credits. The dupe happened back on march 2nd and never cleared up.. i have detached and re-attached from BAM all that ever accomplishes is creating another "new host"

This is a known problem of older BOINC clients. Upgrading should help.

I have upgraded my client to the latest. I will see if that helps, should the problem then auto-correct?

Unfortunately, the old duplicates will remain until you delete them.
