Hi many people (newcomers) they cant get their statistics.They folow the step by step guide for installing BOINC but it seems there is no communication with BAM (the CPID are the same for all projects they have and same with BAM).They have credits but they cant even find their Usernames at search. Error message --->No user ID at BAM or not enough credits.Please check it because they really want to help projects.

Does this include you (it works for you BTW) and if not, how about some examples?

Same CPID for 2 active projects.
I sign up and follow step by step instructions with BAM ,then download BOINC and add projects as new user with same e-mail and password as BAM sign in.
BOINC works fine and I can see credits for those 2 projects,but I cant see any ranking at detailed statistics.-I get the message User CPID doesn't exist in BOINC combined stats or doesn't have any credit.
Whats wrong ?You can try make a trial account yourself and check if it works or if you have any idea will be great if I am doing something wrong

Does that user have granted credit (longer than the last export by the projects). Which projects and what is the user id in the projects?
