Hi,

I realize that I am not the newest user to my team (Sicituradastra.), but on the 'My BAM! menu', specifically the 'Newest members to team Sicituradastra' widget, I am not listed, nor have I ever been listed. The list shows our team members from about June 2012 through current, I joined in early September.

Thank you in advance for any help with fixing this.

Just realized that I might not have enough information provided to resolve this issue...

1. My BOINCstats BAM! ID is 130321.
   
2. The exact date I joined BAM! is 09/03/2012.
   
3. The exact site info (url) is: http://boincstats.com/en/?pr=bo&bam=0
   
4. What I think is wrong is that the widget for 'new' team members is incomplete or does not have a complete query set to pull all team member names that meet the requirements. Currently shown is members of Sicituradastra that joined or rejoined from 06/06/2012 through 05/09/2012. My name is not on the list.
   
5. What I think should is my name on the New Members list widget; I am still a member of said team, and I joined the team in late August 2012, as such, my name should be somewhere between 'Negola' and 'KunHo*'.

What you're seeing on the page you linked to is a widget, so only people who are a member of your team (and have added the "New members in team" widget) will be able to see what you do. If you click on the "Complete list" link, I assume everything is correct there.

Good point, so here is my snapshot of the offending widget:
Note that my name is not displayed anywhere on the page, though we should see it between Negola and KunHo*


The corresponding 'complete list' may be complete, but for a lot shorter time range, so it is effectively of no help in this matter; for the record, I was not on that list 6mo ago either.


And here shows my join date to my team, which is after I joined BOINCbam! (09/03/2012).
So, that cannot be an issue.


This may seem petty to some members, but most likely members who have their name in lights, and not lost! The way I was looking at it, there must be some reason for a query to NOT be printing my name, so it should not be too hard to determine why, if someone took a look at it!

There must have been a glitch with the updater because your team change was never recorded. On the update server I changed you back to your previous team (doesn't affect any stats) and it should update to your new team after the daily update.

It has been awhile now since this was done, and there does not appear to be any change to the list: my name still does not appear in the 'new members' list even though users before me and after me are listed.

Is there any change that this snafu is related to the team drop issue? Kind of a stretch, but both appear to be especially peculiar issues...

Hi Willy, I noticed that I am still not on the page/widget as originally discussed. I have noticed that some things may be related that did not appear to be in the beginning:

1. My name/account does not, and never has, show up on the team-new member widget.
   
2. When looking up user profiles on the BOINCStats front page, right-hand side, 'Profiles', my name/account, again does not show up!!?? I have had a profile setup a LONG time ago - within days, if not hours of joining the BOINCStats Manager (03SEP2012).
   
3. My account is one of the ones who spontaneously drops its team membership from certain projects.
   

I can't help but feel that they may all be related. Especially the first 2, since they directly involve the use of my account name... I am looking forward to resolving this issue(s).
