I've changed the resource share value for Einstein@Home and after the update the status shows "Incorrect response from project".
After a double check of email, Name and CPID I had to update the value directly on E@H site.

Yup, same for WCG and CPDN... they don't seem to allow BAM to update the user account resource share settings.

Yup, same for WCG and CPDN... they don't seem to allow BAM to update the user account resource share settings.

I feel like I have to point out a small difference here. WCG and CPDN have never supported this functionality, but some projects, like E@H and QMC, have upgraded to version 6 of the server code. They are not responding properly now to the BAM messages, but they have supported this functionality in the past. The current lack of responsiveness seems to be an issue with the V6 software for the servers.

This problem is ongoing. Perhaps thread should be moved to bugs forum.

That is only for BAM! bugs. This is a bug on the projects side.

Unfortunately, this is not something you can fix. After a change in the server code at Einstein, they no longer support account managers (it seems). Until they fix it, nothing can be done.
