Om a fresh comp I have placed a copy of an existing installation (I'm not the admin). After cleaning up the installation and some fiddling (can't remember what though) I now have 4 projects running just fine. Trying to add BAM! however results in the message Unable to add host to BAM!

WimTea,

Please remove the contents of your post.
With the information given everyone in the world can change your accounts, settings, passwords, email address etc.
Try to ask info without given account keys etc.

Hi Willy!!

As you know, this is not the first time that users have copy/pasted XML files onto the forum.

Maybe this is the wrong thread, but might I suggest that you post a warning in an easily noticeable place, as to the dangers of posting these file containing authenticators?

As Crystal Pellet points out, if the wrong person happens to read such a post, the user is , excuse the expression, screwed!!

Cheers,

Chris

P.S. I didn't know if I should post here to keep in theme with the thread, or to post under " Comments & Suggestions " . Apologies for any " Rule breaking " , but I feel this is serious enough to merit your attention, and if it's already posted someplace else, double sorry!

Included it in the bug submit guidelines for now (not that anybody reads them).
Please do not PM, IM or email me for support (they will go unread/ignored). Use the forum for support.

Thanks Willy!

At least no one can complain now that there was no warning about posting their own sensitive data on a public forum!!

Cheers,

Chris
