I have a host (id 798651) which I got a notification is being removed due to inactivity. However, the host shows that it has work done in the last day/week. It appears to be a dupe of host id 809364 which does not show any credit in the last month, but which does show daily contact. It appears there are two entries somehow (probably due to an OS issue last year) which is somehow splitting the two hosts into one.

How do I reconcile this without losing credit (there is a LOT of credit on the host)?

fyi... the two specific addresses for the hosts are:

https://www.boincstats.com/bam/host/809364 - (shows last contact today but not credits in a long time)
https://www.boincstats.com/bam/host/798651 - (shows no contact in a year but getting credits every day)

It will be removed from BAM!. Not from the statistics, at least, not yet. And even when it's removed from the statistics, your user credit will not be decreased.

But what will happen when the host that I am actually actively reporting stats to goes away? The one that is being removed is actually reporting my daily stats, it's just not getting it's last update time updated. The other host that is being left is getting it's last update time updated but is getting no stats.

Will everything just flip over to the other host?

RESOLVED. That appears to be exactly what happened - once one host was removed, it left one host in there which is not showing daily updates both for last contacted and for work done.
