I detached Collatz from two computers I was running it on so I could try out other projects and before I knew it, it was gone from the stats page entirely.

Oddly enough the host that I get most of my credits on is gone from the main pages' host list.

I have not made email changes in any of the projects, and changed one of the projects usernames so they would all be the same, and after ten days there hasnt been a sync up. Renewing CPID was also unhelpful.

Would appreciate any help I could get on the matter.

Is at least one of your computer attached to all your projects? See FAQ.

Whether Renew CPID worked or some admin did it, the stats are fixed. Thanks for the assistance.

The answer to the question was no btw, It would cause errors to have so many projects on one computer.

It takes a day or so for the CPID renew to take affect.

CPID renew has NO effect on split CPIDs! CPID renew tries to re-assign a CPID to your BAM! account. It does not send a message to all projects: hey, please stop splitting this users' CPID.

I hope this question is easily answered. I've look in the FAQ, tried searching this forum, and even read through several threads.

I participate in WCG, ClimatePrediction and SETI.
I changed my email address, producing a new CPID of 4920506a004eeb709fdbc90416676a84.
My accounts in all three projects now show my new email address - nice.
But only my WCG account has the new CPID. The other two accounts still have the old CPID of 33514744a6a1fa9443bc8c59ca548579.
Only my WCG stats show under my new CPID, the stats for the other two projects are still accessible with the old CPID.
The FAQ suggests that in time the CPID for the other projects will be updated to the new value.

My question is: How long should I give it before I start asking for assistance?

All clients are attached to all projects - I only do the three. I notice that finished SETI WU's aren't uploading and I'm not getting new ones downloaded. I can't tell yet with ClimatePrediction because the WU's are so long that I haven't finished any or requested any new ones.

Any other ideas?

I had to wait about two days AFTER one of my host computers which was running ALL projects to finish and report at least one work unit for each of the projects.
