Hi, despite searching on here, can I please ask a question?

I have a BAM host ID/Boincstats ID of 213786, confirmed on Boinc when I contact account manager.
In BAM, when I click on Host List, then click on CPID(which matches no projects) it gives me a different Host ID of 6748056, then when I click on owner of host, it gives me a different CPID (one which matches my projects) and the credit I have acquired over the years is correct. However when I scroll down the page to the sig url it gives me a user ID of 2265816. I seem to have two host ID's and two CPID's and am a tad confused. Is this normal or do I need to adjust something as the number of credits does not match from one ID to the other.

Looks like you have a split CPID... Do a user search in the upper left-hand corner, and you'll see two accounts listed under your name. See the FAQ's, and the countless other topics in the forum about split CPIDs and how to fix them.

I am aware if the two different accounts, however on the old one I have two retired projects (BBC climate change and predictor@home) which I am unable to alter, and I also have nqueens which is down due to the earthquake and boinc combined(not sure why this has not moved over), all these four have a different CPID again making three altogether. All my projects have same username and all have same email address. So as these projects are retired or down does that mean I am unable to resolve the two different host ID's. I am sure nqueens already had the same CPID as the rest of my projects before it went down.

Ah, am not familiar with nQueens, so wasn't aware of it being down. The retired projects are easy; for nQueens you'll have to wait either until the project is back up, or until it has been down for a sufficiently long period of time for Willy to determine it as "retired".

For the two retired projects:
My BAM menu > BOINCstats > Sync retired projects

Thanks for the reply, unfortunately regarding the retired projects, I have only just joined BAM/BoincStats and from other threads understand I cannot sync these. I have posted regarding Nqueens here http://boincstats.com/forum/forum_thread.php?id=5359 if anyone is using it. My main account page is now showing the correct CPID, it is just the host page that seems to be wrong now still, and strangely after checking every account I cannot find any project even old ones using the CPID that is showing there. I am hoping with time it may resolve.

I made your link active.

I think you have to distinguish between CPIDs for your hosts and your account! Those have to be different numbers.

The account CPID you can find on your online account pages at each project, but I still haven't found the host CPIDs there.
