I have a split CPID because the recent change of my email address obviously didn´t reach the already retired projects, and now my detailed stats show the CPID with all the retired projects linked to it.

So now I think I have to change the email address again so it will change on all active projects to show my stats correctly again?

Also, I have just clicked on "renew CPID", should that fix the issue as well?

Thanks

Since you have a BAM!-account for over 4 years you have a good chance "Sync retired projects" will work for you.

Only the projects will sync since you joined BAM! and retired after that.

Thanks for your answer and sorry for not posting this in my first post, but the synch retired projects option doesn´t work, because I only have Artificial Intelligence and Nano-Hive@Home in there and both checkboxes are greyed out.

As far as I understand the FAQ I will go ahead and change my email in BAM so that it gets changed in all active projects I´m attached to which will hopefully link my then new CPID with my stats after some days. Although the split CPID will still be there when you search for my user name, right? But I could live with that.

Sooo, I have created a complete new email address in my account which synchronized well with all of my projects, thus resulting in a new CPID: c9deca5e0a43fb3db7ab90e91fcd62ca

But still my detailed statistics in BAM menu link to the CPID which is connected to all of the retired projects: 5f39f2d7642d6e2e266360f19b827c45

As I can´t change the email address at these retired projects and I can´t use the Sync retired projects option I wonder what to do? I also tried to renew my CPID a couple of times, should I do it again?

Thank you

I just clicked on renew CPID in my account, and the warning message said: "This will delete your CPID" etc.
But my old CPID is still visible, so just from looking at my account it seems nothing has changed.

Is that normal that the old CPID is displayed also when you have clicked on renew CPID?

Thanks

The Renew CPID link can take up to a couple of days to works it magic and communicate with all of the projects.

Hi Noderaser,

yes, thanks, I think I know how the CPID renew function works, but I´m not sure it currently works? Because I clicked on the renew CPID button and a warning message pops up saying:

"This will clear your current CPID!
It will take some time before it is renewed!
Continue?"

When I click on ok I still have the old CPID in my profile, although it should be cleared.

So is this a bug or is maybe the warning message slightly wrong and the CPID is not really cleared (meaning the old ID is still written in there?)

I´ve done every step in the FAQ to align my stats with my profile without success.

It´s solved.

Seemed the renew CPID function didn´t work properly, but when I clicked the button this morning my CPID got cleared ynd now my detailed stats point to my correct stats.

Thanks for fixing this.
