Willy, I checked my stats tonight (new I7 running so loving the big rise) and found that I show a negative gain of -130,932 as can be seen here:- http://boincstats.com/stats/boinc_user_graph.php?pr=bo&id=9a555f7ae8e680d27e49a36d55f6ef02

My Poem stats show 3,251.83 for the day and WCG has 1,074.12 so I should be 4325.95 up. Coincidently it isn't picked up in the 'Best 5 days' section either.

Maybe the stats didn't believe the big numbers .

I've also noticed today that I seem to be missing a load of points that are attached to a different CPID

CPID in BOINCstats:- 9a555f7ae8e680d27e49a36d55f6ef02

Alternative CPID:- 16e4887af120c8f63e67f6e3122de368

Is there any chance I could combine these two?

In your host list is an "AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+" 5 times listed.
A search for "EvoDude" lists also 2 users with this name but only one with an url and a profile page.
Please check all your attached projects for double host entries and merge them.

I see what you mean. I've dug through my projects and found that Rosetta lists that PC as 6 different hosts - not sure what happened there, it was a long time ago. Rosetta seems to be shut down these days so I can't gain access to the account.

Is there anything we can do to resolve it?

Thanks for taking the time to offer assistance.

I think you have to wait until Rosetta is back and online.

How exactly does one merge hosts? There does not seem to be any obvious way.

Go to a project site where you have an account, open the "your account" page and select "computers on this account". There is a merge computers by name option at the bottom of your host list.

This must be done at all projects at which you have credit.

If "merge by name" doesn't work, there's still another merge option on each computer's details page (click the "Details" link on the "Your computers" page and scroll to the bottom).

I've done the sites I can get access to - Ralph and Rosetta are down just now and WCG don't seem to have the same feature. I've also tried to tidy up any discrepancy with things like email addresses and passwords and I've removed the old link to a team URL.

I've also put my new PC (Spartan) onto BAM and ensured all the projects (full list below) I run are now connected on that PC. I'm not sure why but my stats seem to be even more confused now with my 'Combined' still showing negative values despite all the individual project stats working correctly on their own. LHC and Lattice are still zero scores as I have yet to receive any work from those projects.

I wonder if this is all going to have to wait till Rosetta/Ralph come back on line and I can get in to correct any errors on those accounts.

Can I thank the site experts again for taking time out to help a fellow cruncher, you guys are spot on.

I've sorted the Superlink@technion account to be the same details as the rest but the XtremeLab account is a problem as the project is not current. Looking at the CPID I get for the rest that should just about be all I can do. If I refresh my CPID will I then be able to get everything other than XtremeLab in my combined stats?

I've also merged the PC's on all the accounts I can get into.

If you look to the left under the BOINC Account Manager section, you will see an entry "BOINCstats". Click on this to reveal a drop down menu and select "sync retired projects". This should help with the CPID issue.

Top man Skivelitis, that brought the XtremeLab CPID up to date.

What I've noticed with the Superlink account is that the account shows the 16e..... CPID yet it returns the 9a... one in the query???? Strange!!! Do you think this might sort at the next stats update later today?

The hassle you get for trying to help a lot of projects lol.

Good news is that the update looks to have caught up with all that work and the only one left out now is Superlink and that won't sort till the project does.

Can I thank everyone who helped me with great advice - you Boincstats guys are 1st class. If I wasn't running my wee team I'd be here with you.

I believe I too need to have my boincstats accounts merged. I did a search for "scarabdrowner" and it displayed 3 accounts. I recently changed my email address, and had to renew my CPID here on boincstats, as it suddenly had several days of negative credits. I would imagine if it were possible to log into the other two accounts, I could renew the CPID for each of them to be the same as it is now, but I don't see how that's possible.

Edit: I've checked with all my currently-attached projects, and there are no duplicated hosts to merge on any of them.

Edit2: The user id's for boincstats for the 3 accounts are 2520534 (the newest and the current), 18486 (the original, and the one I want back as it has all my history), and 2519782 (apparently an interim account, between the original and the current). If I could get 18486 back, with the current CPID, the other two can be deleted and I'll be happy again.

You can't renew your CPID "here on boincstats", you only can do that "here on BAM!".

You can't log into any of the three. They are created from the imported statistics data. The only account you can log into is your BAM! account (BAM!-ID: 17572), which is connected to one of your BOINCstats accounts (2520534 - by what magic whatsoever).

Well, looking at the site address, it says boincstats, not BAM, so that's why I said boincstats.

Thanks for the info. It doesn't really help much, but thanks anyway.
