ok i use to have one account but as of a few days ago i have 2 there both my account but they unmerged can i get them merged again please.

This can be done only by yourself. You need to merge all double hosts in every attached project.
A merging by Willy in the boincstats-db would be useless because after the daily update your cpid-split would exist as before...

well that was anoying changed my email address and it didnt update at WCG for some strange reason so changed my email address there unlinked the account from BAM and re linked it just to make sure. ill report back after BAM and WCG do updates as for DNETC looks like ill have to change that when there back up and running. My stats are split between two CPID. None of my information on any of the projects has changed so why the split? And the projects keep changing form one CPID to the other and then back again for over a week now. Same email address, computers and user id for over a year. What the heck is going on!!?

which could be a while with DNETC iv got to wait for them to come back online... if they do at all

So why would 2 projects be causing all my other projects (over 30) to shift from one CPID to the other and back again? Wouldn't Dnetc and Androinc be the only ones affected? And why havent the rest stabilized on one CPID? Every day the split is different This has been going on for two weeks now.

CPID means Cross Project ID. This ID and the email is used for recognition your account in the boinc-world. Sometimes you made no change but Willy or an attached project fixed some things and your client decided to update all attached projects. As long as only one of your attached projects is not reachable, the CPID-change will go on.

A solution could be to detach from such a project via BAM! and hit the boinc account manager update in your boinc-manager. I had done this for DnetC on 4 of my 5 hosts. The fifth host will be detached if i have access, time and place for saving the DnetC project-folder...

I am getting very fustrated with this account split. It has been 3 weeks now and still the split. Every one of my projects (except DnetC and Androinc) is showing the correct CPID, email address and password, yet the split continues. And I don't seem to be the only one this is happening to. Can someone tell me what is going on?
