Hi Forum,

I joined short ago and have been processing files for a couple of projects.

1) Einstein@Hlome - have accumulated nearly 7000 credits

2) MilkyWay@Home - credit has been stuck at 768 since 16 Aug although it should be close to the 'Einstein' value as I've been processing roughly similar amounts of data.

Can't see anything wrong and don't know how to investigate this.

Anyone any ideas ?

Many thanks,

semper-linux.

It clearly seems that you have several CPid (identifiers between the different boinc projects)...

My guess is that your email here in BAM! is different from the one you sign-up on the boinc projects (but could be anything) - you have to be sure you use the same name, email, password (eventually all data you provided)... on each project and on BAM! (you can change them easily by editing your account on the projects)

Once done it, wait a couple of days until projects use a single CPid

And, given the fact you signed-up on BAM!... use it to create new accounts on the projects you desire, by clicking on the Sign-up for projects BAM! menu on your left

There is nothing wrong on BOINCstats since the Milkyway project is showing the same 768 credits (in the list "Projects in which semper-linux is participating" at the bottom).

Since BOINCstats only shows what the projects export the first step is to check the projects.

If you search your name for users on BoincStats, you have 2 CPid
For Einstein: 11e684287c93c58bcfa74f9de650a4ad
For Milkyway: e8b8a7c2f6bdc348deaa34008db6793e

Something is clearly different on those two projects so they cannot see you are the same person (usually it's the email)
You should also attach both projects to a same computer

For CPid problems, check the FAQ

BTW, you should check your config at Milkyway, as it seems all your latest results failed
