I some how ended up with same username, three CPIDs, and 3 user ids in BOINC on the 4 projects I am working on.

World Community Grid and Climate Prediction have one CPID (6ce893c04971aff22a93e0d9ef8eb347) and user IDs of 334824 and 439851
Rosetta@Home has one CPID (1076c5e4f301ed253e2fd5097db65f8f) and a user id of 161987
SETI@Home has one CPID (1076c5e4f301ed253e2fd5097db65f8f) and a user id of 170784

World Community Grid and Climate Prediction are both updating my current stats; and no Rosetta or SETI are attributed to CPID. This one has the most credit of all of them.
Rosetta was updating my stats until 1/8/2014 when I changed my email address. Since then only Rosetta has been updating the CPID. It has about 70k SETI attributed to it to, but is no longer adding to the SETI.
SETI I am not sure when it stopped contributing but it had 70k on 1/8 and continues to add today.

When I go to the my projects page under 6ce893c04971aff22a93e0d9ef8eb347 , the Rosetta & SETI pages are properly linked their, they are just not contributing to my total BOINC stats.

I read the forums (after I changed my email address and saw my credit drop by 100k) and waited at least 7 days for things to Sync up.. but they have not. I am also all projects on 2 to 3 systems at any time so I am not sure what the next steps are to bring it all back together. I would prefer to rollback in existing credit on the old CPIDs, but even getting them all on the one with the most credit would be acceptable.

Yesterday, I read someone suggesting hitting refresh on the CPID, so I did that for the first time and then went to each project on each computer and hit update but that didnt seem to make a difference good or bad so far.

What are my next steps to get this resolved and it all brought back together???

Do you have all the projects in question attached to at least one host?

Yes, all projects are currently associated to all hosts. The ClimatePredictionOne has just not produced any work units that I am aware of in the last few weeks. Otherwise, all 4 projects are set to attach to new hosts automatically and I have proactively gone through and clicked the attach to all hosts button on each project.

Still looking for a reply on this and what else I can do to attempt to get this fixed as I feel I am working but not getting credit for it and it is is starting to become annoying.

It has been another full week and another Sunday resync since the last thing I tried of refreshing my CPID.
My projects still are not all compiling into the same CPID, though my BOINC client seems to individually recognize them as it displays the stats.. just not my central account (which has always been the case).

So what can I do next?

LOOKING FOR HELP ON WHAT I CAN DO TO FIX THIS; Heck if I could just give Berkley or BOINCStats another donation to get this fixed I would.
Probably a service multiple would utilize if there is a whole forum dedicated to stats problems.

Alternatively.. is there another project management tool alternative that I could restore my stats from the different projects in one place vs. continuing to rely on BOINCStats?

I have also found that per this site that I have two user ids I am somehow working simultaneously. "CRSouser" and "crsouser"; though all of my computers are logged into BOINCStats with "CRSouser". When I try to login or reset "crsouser" it says it does not exist.

Hmm, I thought that you should have the same CPID so long as you have all the projects involved crunching on one host; I wonder if it has something to do with the capitalization issue? I thought I had this sort of thing figured out, but recently a teammate of mine has been having similar difficulties.

I also just noticed someone else on my team looks like they are having a somewhat similiar issue where the stats are seperated but the username appears the same.

http://boincstats.com/en/stats/search/?#crsouser has two listing on the team and in BOINCstats users. One seams to be "CRSouser" the other just "crsouser"; 2 projects each.

One seems to be "saono"; being they aren't my accounts I can't tell if that is also capitalization; 2 projects each.. the thing in common between them is SETI@HOME and Rosetta seem to be on two different accounts also.

If you notice in the stats in my signature; they don't add up to the one on my account on the side.

I also looked at the capitalization of my username on the individual project sites.
Group 1:
ClimatePrediction = CRSouser
WorldCommunity Grid = crsouser (lowercase) so I changed it to "CRSouser"; its email address was also different so I changed that to be consistent with BOINCstats.

Group 2:
SETI@Home = CRSouser
Rosetta = CRSouser

Hopefully changing World Community Grid doesn't make things worse.

First a few clarifications.

Sometimes the terminology gets mixed up. You don't actually have two accounts at BOINCstats that you can login to you have two stats records at BOINCstats. Note there are some people with two actual accounts but that is not your problem.

Also in one of your posts you included links to your stats at allprojectstats.com. While what you do to fix your multiple stats records here may also fix them there they are two separate sites run by different individuals.

To solve your problem --

If you look at your two records here it appears the first one I listed gained 400K+ credits in the last day because your WCG stats merged with it. I suspect this is a result of your updating the email address on that account. Email address is the primary piece of data used to generate your CPID and must match on your accounts if you want them to have the same CPID (see FAQ). So first thing I suggest is make sure the email address on the account you login to here at BOINCstats is the same as on all your projects, it looks like CPDN may be different. I am not sure if case matters in the email address for CPID but I would make sure it is all the same.

One additional issue you may be having or have after you update your email address - CPDN has recently been very inconsistent about putting out new stats files for the various stats sites to use. So any change you make there to your account settings or earning new credits may take several days/weeks to show here because of their practices.

The sync of the Rosetta into the other account occurred in the last few hours since I posted the stats this morning. I realize the other site is independent but was utilizing it for troubleshooting purposes primarily. Now what I see associated with my account is only one project (Climate Prediction) when I log into CRSouser, all 4 projects are still under my projects though.. just the stats for one.

I confirmed Climate Prediction had the updated email address from January 8th; but it hasn't sync'd up nor has there been any update work provided to by the project to process since I have done that. I confirmed that the project has no pending work to delivery.. so maybe part of the issue.. so should I expect that for potentially a few days I would have no credit and then on Sunday all 4 would show back up under my account?

My end goal is so when I log into BoincStats as well as use their banner it has all 4 projects.

At the time of my last post Climate Prediction was the last one out of Sync and it was functional but with no data to process. Then ClimatePredictions server's came back after a couple day outage that began after my last post and in the last 6 hours my Climate Prediction account has been merged into my primary account...at least partially.. depending on which link you click on it shows combined or not. I am not sure if it is its server's coming back online or that I logged into Climate Prediction and set my email address to the one that was already there. (I.e. I literally typed what it already had). Either way.. over the course of the week looks like everything has almost all come back into a single account.

Interestingly though is that my accounts all merged into a completely new account, all of the previous BOINC users IDs no longer are stating as existing and it looks like I just joined this week.
