Is it still relevant, I mean the original posts on this thread were made way back in 2005!
Well that's the reason I posted my comments, to find out.
I've heard nothing to say that the new site is being scrapped, it's probably just delayed, which is another reason for posting; maybe willy just needs a hand lol.
Also lack of thread activity is caused by lack of posting, so surely the only remedy is to post? (which seems to be exactly what i did, and caused exactly the desired effect)
Further thoughts: yes it's still relavent, and will be until either the design changes, or the suggestions are implemented.

For example in the field of usability most of the basic guidelines havent' changed, because they're still a problem 10 years after they were originally made. You can't move onto more subtle issues until you get the main ones sorted out properly.

Hello

My first post here.

In "Current Credit" I like the addition of the xyz+nm since the daily update.
However, being over 50 y, my eyes are not as good as when younger.
I need reading glasses, 1,5 strength.
They are not enough for the small little font size currently in use.

Would it be possible to increase the fontsize?
Similar to what is generally used there.
The information will spread over 2 lines, but still it would br better that way.

I posted the same thing in this post but got zero response. I honestly have to strain eyes to see these numbers, and I shouldn't have to increase browser font size just for this page.

Dear Willy.
First: Thank you for the great work you did with the boincstats design (and whatever you did also to this project .

Just a small(!) hint:
A few days I use ubuntu @ work. Just for office work a.s.o.
As I watch my boincstats using Firefox I noticed if I set fixed "starter" (left row of icons - my prefered setting) the site missmatches with window's width, means: I have to scroll horizontal to see everything. Window seems to slip under the starter - just the window with boincstats, all other apps doesn't do so. Using "hiding starter" this behavior is not to be seen.

(Translation of "fixed starter" and "hiding starter" maybe incorrect - version of Ubuntu and me is german)

I'd think, measuring or calculating of windows width is wrong.
I wrote this to you, if boincstats is the only (visited) site of this behavior.

Could you give an attention to this (very small) problem?
And let me know what you found out. I have to learn about everything

Liebe Grüße
Andreas DRESI Friebe

Edit: Just read older posts of 2005. Sorry for raise the dust again.
