I'm logged in and went to my stats page link
http://boincstats.com/en/stats/-1/user/detail/dfce57d2335b70f91304870d042bb589/
and receive the following message
User ID doesn't exist in or doesn't have any credit.

(in orange type) in the frame where my stats normally be. It's in the TOP LEFT of the frame.

Just did a page refresh and my stats have returned.
Must of been a temporary server/database glitch.

From the left hand column it displays the following:
Last daily update:

It's not temporary. There was a major database crash and I'm trying to recover things.

Everything is back up, but not entirely back to normal. We had some minor data loss:

  • Some settings for BAM! host triggers were lost
  • Subscribed PayPal payments are lost for the last couple of months.


Otherwise nothing is lost.
