I have already read the FAQ. My question is not answered there.

I have done some investigative work and have discovered an unfortunate failure to group data properly on the BOINC Stats website.

I have a BAM ID of 169373 and I've attached over 500 hosts to a project called "Einstein@Home" using both Strong Authenticators and Weak Authenticators.

When I go under the project hosts page for Einstein@Home, I see ALL of the hosts I expect to see. There are over 500 of them at present.

The problem, occurs when I go to click on the stats for the same project (Einstein@Home) at https://www.boincstats.com/stats/5/user/detail/719599 the page displays no hosts at all.

And here is another data point... The Einstein@Home site shows I have two user accounts:

https://einsteinathome.org/account/138499
and
https://einsteinathome.org/account/138500

The "499" one is linked to my strong authenticator, and the "500" one is linked to my weak authenticator.

How do we get these 500+ hosts linked to the weak authenticator to show up under my project statistics?

Please advise, and thank you.

I have not heard of a situation where using the weak authenticator causes the creation of a new account. However, it's the host which ultimately connects to the project and BAM! has no say in that.

Merging two accounts or moving hosts from one account to another on the project level is as far as I know not possible. This is also something that has to be done by the project admins.
