Blank space in GIF sig with project less than 1 credit:

i.e. If a project has 0.01 credit it is 'listed' in the GIF sig, but the logic that removes projects with credit <1 removes it, leaving a blank space at the bottom of the sig.

I'm not going to lose any sleep over this one, but thought I'd mention it
