Last post time of forums index incorrect if thread moved:

If a post is moved from forum X to forum Y, the 'Last Post' time of forum X remains at the time of the moved posted, so it looks like there's a new post, but once in the forum the newest post is older than the last post time.

And, yes, this happens on all BOINC forums.

Yes, you're right.

I'm trying to get the errors out of the forum, but the code is a big mess. As I said in the news, I'll no longer follow the official code, hoping to iron out the bugs.
