My credits are not showing from Universe@home. I signed up correctly under the same account I used with Seti@home. Any suggestions.

Universe@home and several other project have instituted GDPR rules see 2018-12-15: BOINCstats - Statistics export consent (4179563)

Did you ALLOW Universe@home to EXPORT YOUR STATS?
1) Go to your Project Preferences page https://universeathome.pl/universe/prefs.php?subset=project
2) CLICK ON EDIT PREFERENCES for Primary (default) preferences
3) PUT A CHECK IN BOX >> Should Universe@Home show your computers on its web site?
4) PUT A CHECK IN BOX >> Do you consent to exporting your data to BOINC statistics aggregation Web sites?
5( CLICK ON GREEN BOX UPDATE PREFERENCES

Allow up to 48 hours for the stats to be imported here at BOINCstats and other stats sites.

That worked...I now see my Universe@home credit. But...My Seti@home credits are not added in. I thought all of my projects would be combined and I would not start over with just the credits I have earned with Universe@home. Have I not given it enough time to add them all. Do you know anything about that?

Did you use the SAME User Name and email address for ALL your projects?
In order to synchronize your credits the email address (and to a lesser extent User Name) must be the SAME across all projects.

When I click on your name to the left I see your STATS showing SETI & Milyway ... but no Universe ...
and has the BOINC Cross Project IDentifier (CPID) 00e344baf9b1d453bec8bf81b5bc7ad7 with User Name Michael S. Miller.

Yes...that is the problem. I have checked by logging into each homepage for Seti@home, Milkyway and Universe@home. The homepages for each load, show my credits, but when I login to BOINCStats it only shows Set@home and Milkyway. All have the same username and email. So. I am not sure what I should try or if anyone can find my Universe@home project and credit and merge them into my other ones. Any ideas?

Can you confirm the CPID at the project is the same as I previously posted?

Do you have UNIVERSE on at LEAST ONE computer that you run SETI and/or MILKYWAY?
If not, that will cause a SPLIT CPID.
Attach and run Universe one PC that at least one of the two projects is attached to and run a few tasks from the other project(s) to allow them to synchronize the CPID over a day or two.

DOUBLE CHECK that your EMAIL address used at UNIVERSE is EXACTLY the same - email is CaSe SeNsEtiVE. Make sure you don't have any extra spaces or special characters in your email address. (user@someemail.com is DIFFERENT than USER@someemail.com and USER @someemail.com)

Thank you for your help. I activated all three projects on my two machines. Seti@home downloaded some work, which was odd I thought they were done sending new work out. It processed it and uploaded. Had to stop milkyway@home it seems to freeze after getting half done with the work it downloaded. Universe@home is working great and now all three projects aren credits are showing on BOINC Combined. Seems all good now.

I did also confirm my CPID is the same on all three projects. But it has started working as stated in my last post.

That is good news!

SETI quit sending out NEW work as of 2020-03-31. There are still occasional tasks resent/recomputed that either times out with no response or had error(s) when was returned.
