Hey guys, i have a quad core processor, and ive played around with the percent settings for resources use, and i'm getting nowhere with this. I have 4 cores and 4 projects. There has got to be a way to have one project on each core, instead of 1 project on 4 cores swapping out every hour. any help would be greatly appreciated.

Running on ubuntu if that matters boinc client is the 6.2 from the repos.

I don't think there is a way to do this currently, as the use of your cores has to do with resource share and scheduling.

First of all Download BoincDV and reset your Project Debts with it, then set each Project to 25% Resource Share & let it run. The rest is up to the BOINC Manager but it should run a different Project on each core then but may take a few days to do it ...

Although different WU lengths and different deadlines may screw up things once again...

I guess the only way to have one project on one cpu is the good old babysitting which i am doing
No project is allowed by me to take more then 1 core and if they do i kill them
