Hi all: I am looking for more projects that I can run on my GTS 240 - currently GPUGrid & Collatz. Are there any other projects that can utilize this card? Any suggestions as to what projects I should try?

You can use that card on any Project that does not need "Double Precision" , the 240 is single precision capability only.

The other key element to look for is NVidia "Compute Capability", the 240 is Compute Capability 1.2, so will not work with any app needing 1.3 or above.

Lots of choices still however ... I would say go for PrimeGrid (PG). PG is at present mainly NVidia based on the GPU Projects, and "pays" highly in credit terms. You'll probably do a PG PPS Sieve GPU WU in around 35 mins with a 240

Sorry ... forgot one other point ....

The PG PPS Sieve WU credit rate is 4,523 credits per WU, so with the 240 @100mins per WU you'll probably get around 60,000 to 70,000 a day depending on what you clock the beast as.

You can run it as well on Einstein.
This is what my GT240 crunches away there.

The GT240(GT215) was nVidias first GPU-design in 40nm and supports DirectX10.1. Specs: 96 Cuda cores, a 128bit memory interface for GDDR3/5 or DDR3, support for Cuda1.2 (single precission).

A GTS240 is a smaller OEM version of the GTS250. Both GTS based on the older G92b chip and support only DirectX10. Specs: 112 Cuda cores, a 256bit memory interface for GDDR3, support for Cuda1.1 and 1x6pin external power-connector...

My GT240(GT215) reaches in PG ~75k credits for PPSsieve and ~33k for GCWsieve...
