Anyone an idea what happened to einstein.
I was crunching my daily quota and all of sudden it was gone.
Have i missed some news or is it simply killed because of the credit crisis.

If you connect to http://einstein.phys.uwm.edu/ with a browser, you get:
Einstein@Home is down due to a fileserver crash. We are working to bring the project back online ASAP. UPDATE: Fri Mar 27 22:39:13 UTC 2009 The filesystem needs to be repaired so the project will likely be down for at least 12 more hours. Thank you for your patience.

Gundolf

From Front Page

Mar 30, 2009
The Einstein@Home project suffered a fileserver crash on Friday March 27 and had more than two days of downtime as a result. The project is running again now and we hope the problems are behind us.
